What does ThemeParkHelper do?
Enter your park day to see what to prepare and when. Each task shows when it starts and how many days are left.
Is ThemeParkHelper free?
Yes, it's free to use. When you book through our affiliate links, the booking platform pays us a small commission, at no extra cost to you.
Is this an official park website?
No. ThemeParkHelper is an independent information service. It isn't run by, partnered with, sponsored by or endorsed by any park or park operator.
Which parks can I use it for?
Any park listed on the home page.
Do I need to save my trip or sign up?
No. You can view your trip, mark progress and download calendar events without saving. An unsaved trip stays in this browser, so it won't carry over to another browser or device.
What happens when I save my trip?
You get a link that opens your trip on any device, and trip reminders if you want them. We send a confirmation email first. Open its link within 48 hours and confirm to finish saving.
What do trip reminders include?
Once you save your trip with trip reminders on, we email you on each reminder date, for example the day hotel booking opens. Reminders cover sale and booking dates, some preparation tasks and the expiry of offers you selected. We only email about tasks you haven't finished. Check your trip page for the latest dates. We don't send alerts when official rules or park operations change.
Where do the dates come from?
We put the dates together from official sources and our own checks. When something hasn't been announced, the card says "Not yet announced". Check the official website before you pay.
Can I add the dates to my calendar?
Yes. Select Add to calendar in your trip to download an .ics file or add events to Google Calendar one by one. Imported events are a snapshot, so later date changes won't update them. Once your trip is saved, you can also use a calendar subscription link, which updates on your calendar app's schedule.
I lost my trip link. How do I find my trip?
Select Find my trips and enter the email you used when saving. If you have saved trips we still keep, we'll email you a viewing link. It's valid for 30 minutes and opens on any device.
How do I stop emails or delete my trip?
To stop all emails for your trip, use Unsubscribe in any of its emails and confirm on the page that opens. This can't be undone, and you can't turn reminders on again afterwards. To delete your trip, use "View stored data or delete trip" in any of its emails.
