服務條款

歡迎使用樂園行前小幫手 (ThemeParkHelper，以下稱「本服務」)。本服務由武源國際有限公司 (WY Internet INC.，以下稱「我們」) 提供。本條款適用於你使用本服務；請在使用前閱讀。我們如何處理個人資料，請見隱私權聲明。

1. 服務內容

本服務依你選擇的樂園與日期，整理行前需要注意的事項、準備時程、行事曆檔案與 Google 行事曆加入連結，並提供官方網站與訂房、訂票平台的連結。你也可以選擇以電子郵件確認後儲存行程，使用私人行程連結、訂閱式行事曆，以及選擇開啟的行前提醒。遺失連結時，可申請暫時查看仍在保留期限內的已確認行程。

本服務只提供資訊與提醒。我們不是旅行業者，不代你預訂、付款、安排行程或辦理任何證件，也不代收任何款項。

2. 資訊的來源與限制

• 本服務的資訊整理自樂園營運者等官方來源及我們的編輯判斷，並提供來源連結。樂園與飯店的規定、營業時間、設施、價格與優惠可能隨時變更。
• 資訊如與官方來源不一致，以官方來源為準。訂房與購票前，請向官方或你使用的訂購平台確認。
• 標示為「準備期間」或「準備時段」的時間是我們編輯整理的準備時程，不是官方截止時間。
• 價格區間只是參考範圍，不是報價；空房與實際價格以訂購平台顯示為準。
• 我們無法確認的事項會標示為「尚未確認」或「未知」，不代表「否」或「不適用」。

3. 時程與行事曆

時程與行事曆是協助你準備的工具，不是保證。行事曆提醒是否跳出，取決於你的裝置與行事曆設定。匯入的內容不會自動隨工具更新；修改日期或內容後，請檢查並替換舊的行事曆項目。訂閱式行事曆會依行事曆服務的更新頻率取得內容，無法保證即時更新；改用訂閱時，請移除先前匯入的相關副本，以免重複。行前提醒依你確認的選擇與適用的未來時程寄送，寄送可能延遲，郵件或行事曆都不能保證你收到、讀到或看到提醒。更改已確認行程的入園日期時，也可能寄送日期更新郵件，包括只儲存行程的情況；這不包含監測外部規則或樂園變動的通知。重要事項請自行確認，不要只依賴本服務的提醒。

4. 行程保存與分享

行程在瀏覽器中計算，瀏覽器允許時保存在該裝置。未提交儲存申請的行程不會上傳成伺服器備份；清除網站資料、更換瀏覽器或裝置後，可能無法取得原本的本機行程。你可以在工具中更改或清除行程；保存期間請見隱私權聲明。

以電子郵件確認後，已儲存行程可以透過私人連結取得，不需要帳號。請妥善保管連結；持有人可以查看、更改或刪除行程。行事曆訂閱連結會列出行程事件，每個事件都附上私人行程連結，所以看得到訂閱行事曆的人也能查看、更改或刪除行程。已儲存行程有自己的保留期限，找回連結有效30分鐘並只列出仍可取得的已確認行程，不能找回未儲存、已刪除或過期的行程，也不提供永久行程紀錄。

儲存時可以選擇是否接收行前提醒；只儲存行程仍會收到確認信、確認後的行程連結郵件，以及符合條件的日期更新郵件，日後可在私人頁面開啟行前提醒。使用取消訂閱連結後，你需要在頁面確認。確認後會停止該行程的所有郵件，同一行程也無法再開啟行前提醒。已儲存行程與行事曆訂閱仍可使用。已提交給寄信供應商的郵件不能撤回；你另外申請的找回行程郵件不會重新開啟行前提醒。刪除行程需在私人頁面確認，會停止行程存取，訂閱的行事曆之後也不會再有事件。刪除不會清除他人的分享副本、已匯入行事曆或供應商仍依其處理方式保留的副本。

分享連結包含入園日期，以及你主動選擇附上的整趟行程共用的同行人數與年齡區間，不包含住宿、證件選項或準備進度。請先檢查分享預覽；持有完整分享連結的人可以查看其中資料、保留或轉傳連結，並建立自己的行程副本。清除原行程不會撤回已分享的連結或他人的副本。

5. 第三方連結與聯盟行銷

樂園行前小幫手的部分訂房與旅遊商品連結為聯盟行銷連結，透過連結完成訂購時，我們可能獲得佣金。佣金不影響提醒內容與官方資訊的呈現。

你透過連結在第三方平台完成的訂購，是你與該平台之間的交易。價格、付款、取消、退款與服務內容，依該平台的條款處理，我們不是交易的一方。

6. 無隸屬關係

樂園行前小幫手 (ThemeParkHelper) 為獨立資訊服務，與華特迪士尼公司、香港迪士尼樂園度假區及其他樂園營運者無任何隸屬、官方合作、贊助或背書關係。文中提及之名稱、商標及相關品牌資產均屬其各自權利人所有。

7. 使用規範

使用本服務時，你同意不會：

• 以自動化程式大量存取、擷取或干擾本服務；
• 規避防濫用機制；
• 以違法或侵害他人權利的方式使用本服務。

違反時，我們可以限制或停止你使用本服務。

8. 智慧財產權

我們創作的文字、介面與程式由我們所有，並受適用法律保護；第三方的內容、名稱、商標及相關素材仍屬各自權利人。你可以為個人行程規劃使用本服務內容；未經相應權利人同意，不得大量複製、轉載或作商業使用。

9. 責任限制

本服務免費提供。我們會盡合理注意整理資訊並提供提醒，但不保證所有資訊始終完整、正確或即時，也不保證服務或提醒不中斷。請依第2、3節自行確認重要事項。第三方平台的交易與服務由該平台負責；我們不對其獨立行為作出保證。本條款不排除或限制因我們的故意、重大過失，或依適用法律不得排除或限制的責任。

10. 未成年人

未滿18歲者，請在法定代理人同意下使用本服務。

11. 服務的變更與終止

我們可以調整、暫停或終止本服務的全部或一部分。重大服務變更或終止時，我們會在網站顯著公告；除須立即處理的安全、法律或技術事故外，會在可行範圍內提前合理期間公告。我們會在可行範圍內提供取得、匯出或刪除本機或已儲存行程的方式。

12. 條款的修改

我們修改本條款時，會在本頁公布新版本與生效日期。重大修改會在生效前於網站顯著公告。修改不追溯適用於生效前發生的爭議。如適用法律要求另行取得你的同意，我們會在修改適用於你之前取得。你若不同意更新後的條款，可以停止使用本服務，清除本機行程，並透過私人行程頁刪除已儲存行程。

13. 準據法與管轄

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法，但不影響你依適用法律享有的強制性權利。因本條款發生的爭議，由依法有管轄權的法院處理。

14. 語言版本

本條款有中文及英文版本；兩者如有歧異，以中文版本為準。

Terms of service

Welcome to ThemeParkHelper (樂園行前小幫手; "the service"), provided by WY Internet INC. (武源國際有限公司; "we"). These terms apply when you use the service; please read them first. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

1. What the service does

Based on the parks and dates you choose, the service organises what to prepare before your trip: a preparation timeline, calendar files and Google Calendar add links, with links to official websites and to booking platforms. You can also confirm an email address to save a trip and use a private trip link, calendar subscription and trip reminders you choose to turn on. If you lose the link, you can request temporary access to confirmed trips still within retention.

The service provides information and reminders only. We are not a travel agency. We do not book, pay for or arrange anything on your behalf, handle travel documents, or collect payments.

2. Where information comes from, and its limits

• Information comes from official sources such as park operators, and from our editorial judgement. We provide links to sources. Park and hotel rules, opening hours, attractions, prices and offers can change at any time.
• If our information differs from an official source, the official source prevails. Confirm with the official site or the platform you book through before booking or buying.
• Times labelled "Time to prepare" or "Prep window" are our editorial suggestions, not official deadlines.
• Price ranges are for reference only and are not quotes. Availability and actual prices are those shown by the booking platform.
• Anything we cannot confirm is shown as "not confirmed" or "unknown", which never means "no" or "not applicable".

3. Timelines and calendars

Timelines and calendars help you prepare; they are not a guarantee. Whether a calendar alert appears depends on your device and calendar settings. Imported entries do not automatically update with the tool. After changing dates or content, check and replace older entries. A subscribed calendar refreshes according to the calendar service's schedule; prompt updates are not guaranteed. When switching to a subscription, remove the relevant earlier imports to avoid duplicates. Trip reminders use your confirmed choices and applicable future schedules, and sending can be delayed. Neither email nor calendar access guarantees receipt, reading or alerts. Changing park dates on a confirmed trip can also produce date-update email, including for trips saved without reminders; this does not monitor external rules or park changes. Check important matters yourself rather than relying only on our reminders.

4. Trip storage and sharing

Trips are calculated in your browser and, where permitted, stored on that device. A trip you have not submitted for saving is not uploaded as a server backup. Clearing site data or changing browsers or devices may make the original local trip unavailable. You can edit or clear it in the tool; see the privacy notice for retention.

After email confirmation, a saved trip is available through its private link without an account. Keep the link private; its holder can view, edit or delete the trip. A calendar-subscription link lists the trip's events, and each event links to the trip's private page, so anyone who can see the subscribed calendar can view, edit or delete the trip. Saved trips have their own retention period. A retrieval link is valid for 30 minutes and lists only confirmed trips still available; it cannot recover unsaved, deleted or expired trips and does not provide a permanent archive.

Saving lets you choose whether to receive trip reminders. If you save without reminders, you still receive a verification email, an email with your private trip link after confirmation, and any eligible date-update email. You can turn reminders on later from the private page. To unsubscribe, follow the unsubscribe link and confirm on the page. This stops all email for that trip, and you cannot turn reminders on again for it. The saved trip and calendar subscription remain usable. Mail already submitted to a provider cannot be recalled; a separately requested retrieval email does not turn reminders back on. Confirming deletion on the private page stops trip access, and the calendar subscription then returns no events. Deletion does not erase share copies held by others, imported calendars or provider copies still retained under their own handling.

A share link includes park dates and any party counts and age bands shared across the trip that you actively choose to include. It excludes accommodation, document choices and preparation progress. Check the preview first. Anyone with the complete link can view its data, keep or forward it, and create their own trip copy. Clearing the original trip does not revoke shared links or other people's copies.

5. Third-party links and affiliate links

Some booking and travel-product links on ThemeParkHelper are affiliate links; we may earn a commission when you complete a purchase through them. Commissions do not affect reminder content or how official information is shown.

A purchase you complete on a third-party platform is a transaction between you and that platform. Prices, payment, cancellation, refunds and the service itself are governed by that platform's terms; we are not a party to the transaction.

6. No affiliation

ThemeParkHelper is an independent information service and is not affiliated with, officially partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, or any other park operator. All names, trademarks, and related brand assets mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• access, scrape or interfere with the service in bulk using automated means;
• get around our abuse protections;
• use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.

If you do, we may restrict or stop your use of the service.

8. Intellectual property

Text, interfaces and code that we create belong to us and are protected by applicable law. Third-party content, names, trademarks and related assets remain with their respective owners. You may use the service's content to plan your own trips. Do not copy, republish or commercially use it in bulk without the relevant rights holder's permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided free of charge. We take reasonable care in preparing information and providing reminders, but do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current, or that the service or reminders will be uninterrupted. Please check important matters yourself as described in Sections 2 and 3. Third-party platforms are responsible for their own transactions and services; we do not guarantee their independent actions. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for our intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Minors

If you are under 18, please use the service with your legal guardian's consent.

11. Changes to or ending the service

We may change, suspend or end all or part of the service. We will prominently announce material service changes or closure on the website. Where practicable, we will give reasonable advance notice, except where a security, legal or technical incident requires immediate action. Where practicable, we will provide a way to obtain, export or delete local or saved trips.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we will publish the new version and its effective date on this page. We will prominently announce material changes on the website before they take effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before their effective date. Where applicable law requires separate consent, we will obtain it before the change applies to you. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you can stop using the service, clear local trips and delete saved trips through their private pages.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without affecting any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. Disputes arising from these terms will be heard by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

14. Language versions

These terms are available in Chinese and English. If the two versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
